You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on information within the app.

Your Responsibilities
You agree that you are responsible for:

Verifying ingredients and nutrition information, especially for allergies, intolerances, celiac disease, or medical diets
Using appropriate caution with exercise and physical activity

All decisions you make based on information presented within the app

Ranslyn Wellness LLC makes no guarantees regarding symptom changes, flare prevention, weight outcomes, nutritional accuracy, or any specific health result.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the app in violation of any law or regulation
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, disrupt, or overload the app
Upload unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful content
Submit content encouraging others to stop prescribed medications or ignore professional medical care
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
User Content and Community Features
If the app includes recipe sharing, comments, community features, or similar functionality now or in the future:
User submitted content reflects personal opinions and is not verified medical information
Ranslyn Wellness LLC may remove content that violates these Terms or poses safety risks
You remain responsible for content you submit
By submitting content, you grant Ranslyn Wellness LLC a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for operation of the app and related features.
You may request removal of your content, though copies may remain in backups or where legally required.
Intellectual Property
The app, design, branding, logos, text, trademarks, and original content are owned by Ranslyn Wellness LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce them without written permission.
Third Party Services

In all cases, total liability of Ranslyn Wellness LLC for any claim related to the app will not exceed the greater of:
The amount you paid to Ranslyn Wellness LLC in the 12 months prior to the claim, or
$100 USD if no payment was made

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranslyn Wellness LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the app
Your submitted content
Your violation of these Terms
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date and may provide notice within the app.
Continued use of the app after the updated Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
